Transilvania Fashion International Festival – 2025 Anniversary Edition
The 2025 Anniversary Edition of the Transilvania Fashion International Festival marks five years since the launch of one of the most important fashion events in Romania and Central Europe. Following the remarkable success of the previous edition, this year’s festival returned in an extended four-day format, once again confirming Cluj’s reputation as a key hub for European and international fashion.
The fifth edition of the Transilvania Fashion Festival (FTF) took place between September 11–14, 2025, on the Esplanade of the Urban Culture Center Casino in Central Park, Cluj-Napoca. The event was organized by the Pro Transilvania Cultural Association and the “Produs de Cluj” Association, in collaboration with the European Fashion Council (EFC), with the support of the Cluj-Napoca City Hall and the Cluj County Council. The festival maintained its main objective: to enhance the visibility and international recognition of fashion designers’ talent.
On a state-of-the-art catwalk, over 120 models showcased collections by more than 110 designers from 13 countries, including Romania, Italy, Germany, Serbia, and China. The international section once again emphasized the global dimension of the event. The line-up featured both established Romanian and international designers as well as emerging talents.
FTF President Dr. Matei Miko, EFC President Nadya Valeva, and EFC Executive President Anca Bălan emphasized that the 2025 anniversary edition served as an outstanding platform to showcase the artistic creativity and diversity of designers from around the world.
